DEADLINE APPROACHING: September 12, 2020

Dear 3D teams,
as announced earlier, we plan to have a remote 3D soccer simulation
tournament as an informal replacement of the postponed world
championship. It will be held 17. - 19. September 2020.
Participation is free of charge, but limited to 16 teams. We will prefer
teams that have been qualified for 2020 Bordeaux, but at least 8 slots
are free for any other teams. In order to participate, you have to
register through the following form:
We will assign the slots for non-qualified teams on a first come first
serve base. The registration closes 12th of September, but might be
closed earlier if the 16 slots are full.
In a second step, we will ask you to send us binaries of your teams.
Please make sure that these binaries run on Ubuntu 18.04! Also you have
to make sure to include all dependencies to run your team. We intend to
use a server version in which Nuno’s and Patrick’s changes for 2020 are
included. Tests are running. We also intend to run some demo games on
the fatProxy released earlier this year on the magmaOffenburg github
pages. The link to upload your binaries will be published few days
before the tournament.
We hope that many teams take this chance to have a decent 3D competition
this year.
